BACHELORS AND MASTERS DEGREE IN EDUCATION



ADMISSION PROCEDURE B.Ed



St. Ann's College of Education is exclusively for women students. Eligibility is graduation, but many of them who undertake the course are postgraduates. They are admitted into the college according to the seats allotted in each discipline by the government Complying with the G.O issued by the state Govt. The current allotment is 20 percent for Social Studies Methodology, 30 percent for Biological Science, 35 percent for the Mathematics and 15 percent for Physical Science. All the students are admitted on the basis of merit in the EdCET and should have secured 45% in their Degree.

6. Social Studies and Special English

N.B. : Method I should be taken on the basis of Entrance Test
          No candidate is allowed to select two language methods

M.Ed., COURSE:



St. Ann's College of Education, offers, a post Graduate course in Education from the Academic Year 2002 - 2003. The course is of one year duration which comprises of two semesters. It is affiliated to Osmania University and approved by the NCTE. The specializations offered in this college are Environmental Education, Special Education, Non-Formal Education, Population Education and Guidance and Counselling.

ELIGIBILITY:



Candidates who have secured 50% and above in the B.Ed Course and 36 marks and above in the M.Ed Entrance Examination conducted by Osmania University are eligible to apply.
